Nintendo held a financial briefing tonight, and the company had a lot to share. One of the things shared may interest those of you who had been wanting to get an NES Mini. Nintendo announced that they will be resuming production of them in 2018, recommending that consumers “wait just a short while longer”. In the meantime, SNES Minis will continue to be shipped. Here’s what they said in full:

But we already knew the NES Classic would be back next summer. It would be cool if it came back much sooner than that. I doubt I’ll ever see the SNES Classic OR the NES Classic on store shelves.
