The End is Nigh, which is the new game from the creator behind the beloved The Binding of Isaac, is due to be released on the Nintendo Switch on December 12th. The game will receive a physical release in both North America and Europe and will retail for $29.99. The digital release will only cost $14.99. The physical edition will come complete with an instruction booklet and a squishy toy.
I thought Devolved also said they were bringing games to the Switch?
I want to see BroForce, Enter the Gungeon and Nuclear Throne for the switch
Day 1 buy. Loved it on PC, can’t wait to play it again on the go.
What is this game?
Kinda like Super Meat Boy, but a bit easier and with a different level structure that includes a minor bit of exploration.
So, get Super Meat Boy instead. lol
That’s debateable. I found myself enjoying this one quite a bit more than Super Meat Boy, because its difficulty feels a bit more manageable and less frustrating (which isn’t to say that there aren’t some insane challenges that are quite a bit beyond what I am willing to attempt). This game also has remixes of classical music, which is a big plus for me, and I enjoy the humor quite a bit (even more so than the humor in Super Meat Boy). Well, right now, since Super Meat Boy isn’t even out on the Switch yet, there isn’t even a competition between the two, but even if there was, I think I’d still pick the End is Nigh over Super Meat Boy, since it suits my taste a little bit better. Of course if you enjoy this type of game, there’s nothing wrong with just playing both, which is what I’ll do.
