Xenoblade Chronicles 2 launched worldwide on Friday and the first piece of sales data we’ve got is from the UK where the title entered at number 19. Journalist Christopher Dring has revealed that sales are up for the title by about a third over Xenoblade Chronicles X on the Wii U. So all in all it’s had a stronger launch.
2 sales are up by about a third over X. So yes. A stronger launch, for certain.

Very encouraging to see the increase in sales compared to X – which itself had very nice sales for a Wii U game being a million seller. UK was never going to be the most fruitful market for a game like XC2, and I expect more elsewhere.
UK Folks buy a lot of FIFA and GTA…. I don’t think Xenoblade is their cup of Ice Tea…. I’d like to see how this performs in US and Japan though
I was hoping for more, but good to see it up on the last release, and doubling the launch for the original “Chronicles”.
Fifa,GTA and CoD sell more pathetic..
Call of Duty is always the same thing just with a different story, Fifa’s owner EA sucks, but Grand Theft Auto is freaking awesome. It’s an insult to GTA, actually, to put Fifa & CoD on the same level as it. They don’t hold a candle to the awesome of GTA.
Least it’s doing good.
