The majestic The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has recently received an update on the Wii U. This brings the game to version 1.4.1. The update notes state that it’s received various fixes to improve the gameplay for users.

I actually just really started sinking my teeth into BotW, I’ve played off and on but it’s getting extremely enjoyable. Gotta get that DLC though.

So, other then taking it on the GO.. is there anything superior about the switch version now?
No. Both versions are nearly identical
The Switch version runs a little smoother and at 56% higher resolution but they’re otherwise completely identical.
Proud Wii U copy owner, never had an issue.
In my opinion, this game never needed any gameplay improvements.
