We have now received figures for how Nintendo games sold across platforms in Japan during the immensely busy week before Christmas. Nintendo sold a staggering 1,475,081 video games on the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS and the Wii U. This figure includes both first party and third-party video games in just one week.
- 750,728 units of Nintendo 3DS software
- 713,053 pieces of Switch games
- 11,300 copies of Wii U software
God. Good luck to them. I am so pleased the switch is doing so well. Personally I would love to see the Wii and U’s back catalogue come to switch
