NIS America recently revealed that Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is joining the Nintendo Switch lineup in 2018. To celebrate this announcement, the publisher has unveiled a brand-new trailer, which you can check out below. The role-playing game revolves around an adventurer named Adol, who happened to drift to a deserted island inhabited by vicious creatures that have evolved in various ways. In order to survive, Adol is tasked with gathering fellow shipwreck survivors and building a base. Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is scheduled to launch for Nintendo Switch sometime in the summer.

Honestly, I am really getting tired of trailers with no actual in game footage…This trailer gave absolutely no insight into what the gameplay looks like.
