Epic Games May Bring Fortnite To Nintendo Switch

It looks like there’s a chance that Fortnite could eventually be developed for Nintendo Switch. As a response to a fan who wants this to happen, Epic Games creative director Donald Mustard expressed interest in bringing the survival title to Nintendo’s latest platform. Fortnite is an action building game in which players can explore a destructible world where no two games are ever the same, build massive forts, craft weapons, find loot and level up their heroes.

  1. The biggest complement I can give Fortnite after hitting 60 hours on it is that it feels like a Nintendo game. It is literally Epic and would be a massive hit on the switch. Handheld Fortnite!

  2. Never going to happen, unless Nintendo has something real up their sleeves when it comes to online.

Let’s face it, their online is garbage right now and this relies solely on that connection.

    1. Fortnite uses an in-game friend invite system and Epic has their own friend system that works across all platforms. Thats what makes crossplatform play between PC and PS4 so easy. You add each other online and then can see your Epic friends while in game. So it’d work fine for Switch. Theyd just have to have people log into their Epic account to add friends, and when Nintendo’s online system comes out they could make a way to link the accounts
