There’s a basketball themed stage titled ‘Goby Arena’ coming to Splatoon 2 on the Nintendo Switch. The stage was revealed by the Kyoto-based company today and it looks set to be the perfect place for Splatoon battles. As you’ve probably already guessed it’s a basketball themed arena complete with a food court and VIP seating. Nintendo also revealed a brand new weapon for the game which is titled the Dark Tetra Dualies. Nintendo says that you can perform up to four dodge rolls in a row and you can also shoot while you are rolling. We shall have to wait for Nintendo to provide a release date for the new stage and weapon.

Not a fan of “sports” personally, but who knows, I may like the stage. The weapons seem slightly overpowered though, at least judging by the small information given.
True, but I’m expecting their range to absolutely suck to keep them from being too overpowered. We’ll have to see, though. For now, they look pretty awesome. Looking forward!
