Reddit user sadlyuseless has updated the community about the Nintendo Switch version of Payday 2. The user says that the Nintendo Switch version is far behind the PC version with regards to features. A number of heists, characters, masks, weapons and features from the current PC build are completely absent from the Nintendo Switch version. You can read the full post here.
The John Wick Heists were released February 9th, 2017. The Switch version, on release, is already over a year outdated. No Crime Spree. No AI Henchmen. No Desync Update. Four characters, three perk decks, 16 guns, 8 melee weapons, 2 grenades, 9 heists, at LEAST 50 masks, countless bug fixes and optimizations (when I say countless, I mean it. Easily over 200) just… missing.
Thanks to Sleepy for the news tip

Cool :)
I really don’t care if is missing PC items or missions, I’m sure Overkill had their reasons, and John Wick is already old and so 2014, I mean seriously where in 2018 they’re trying to keep it fresh and the Switch version is going to have stuff that the PC version doesn’t, so Payday 2 on the Nintendo Switch is going to be its own thing not just a copy of the PC version.
People seem to think they know how updates work on consoles…. They dont necessarily have to update it as they are working on it…. All that does is create more problems and a Duke Nukem Forever situation (Which famously switched engines multiple times)
Well that sucks. I wasn’t planning on buying the game either way but with all that missing I wonder if people are still going to give it a go on switch
I’ll just stick to Bayonetta 2.
Overkill being Overkill
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
In that case then the switch version will be on par with the PS4 and XB1 versions. This is just a “It’s not gonna be like the PC version” article. Get that shit out of here.
cheap porting and likely no gyro mouse also ANOTHER TURD PARTY FAIL
And compared to PS4 and xbone versions?
