The UK charts are finally here. They usually arrive on a Monday but for whatever reason there was a hold up this week. The Nintendo Switch appears to be performing strongly in the United Kingdom as the Kyoto-based company currently has three Nintendo Switch games in the top ten. Those games are The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Here’s the best-sellers this week in the UK:

- TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge
- Bravo Team
- FIFA 18
- Call of Duty: WWII
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Super Mario Odyssey

Did something come to GTA5 this past week? Sure the game is in the top 10 a lot but I don’t recall the last time it was #1 best seller of the week.
GTA V is such an anamoly I don’t even try to understand it anymore. The only hope I have is that they don’t expect the same exact performance out of RDR 2 or GTA 6.
GTA6 may follow a more radical trend than this… GTAV has been phenomenal…
I think GTAV and Minecraft are the best video game successes in the last decade.. This is even better than Wii Sports
