This week’s UK charts are now in courtesy of the team over at GFK Chart Track. There have been a number of big new releases this week including Detective Pikachu on the Nintendo 3DS, Sea of Thieves on the Xbox One and PC, and Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom on PlayStation 4. Sadly Detective Pikachu on the Nintendo 3DS failed to set the charts on fire, but it could sell better once the movie is out. Here’s the best-sellers this week in the United Kingdom:

I know this game has been into development for years, but… 3DS come on… I bet it would at least get a little more hype and some better sales if it was for the Switch.
I’m also surprised to see Sea of Thieves on the top spot. It’s “free” if you have Xbox Game Pass.
I sadly lost interest in Detective Pikachu when I found out it’s a 2D only game. I’ll just wait for an HD remaster of it for Switch (if it gets an HD remaster.) If I wasn’t trying to own at least one of every Pokemon in the series, I wouldn’t even bother with the Ultra Sun/Moon games since they also are 2D only.
