Japan: Kirby Star Allies For Nintendo Switch Was Top-Selling Game Last Week

It’s Wednesday which means it is time to see the latest Media Create sales figures direct from Japan. It’s been another good week for Nintendo with the recently released Kirby Star Allies for the Nintendo Switch sitting pretty at the top of the software charts. The best-selling console this week was once again the Nintendo Switch which sold 40K units, easily beating the PlayStation 4. Here’s the best-sellers in Japan:

  1. I remember another user on here claiming that Kirby wouldn’t sell well because it was priced at $60 instead of $40. It’s good to see that they were wrong

      1. Personally, I like Robobot more, but Star Allies is still a great game and perfect for what the Switch is trying to be

  2. Kirby tearing it up! Glad to see it doing well but I will be waiting for the $40 pricepoint too. Hard to sell me on $60 2.5D. DK:TF got me at $50 new… four years later, Ninty is selling it for $60 now ;)
