The latest Media Create sales charts are now in from Japan and it continues to be a great month for the Nintendo Switch and also the Nintendo 3DS. Once again it is Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze which sits at the top of the software charts comfortably outselling the competition. There are seven Nintendo titles in the top ten which just reinforces the fact that Nintendo continues to be the dominant player in Japan.

Nintendomination!!!!!!
Detective pichachu ..is a flop tho…. that’s too bad.
Not necessarily. Gotta remember Detective Pikachu released back in early 2016. The fact it’s resurfaced on a sales chart should be considered a good thing, actually.
Just further proof that the low sales of these Wii U games were the fault of the Wii U itself.
Why is there a Konami title in there??
I need a Zelda reveal at E3 (I am not talking about an open world one. I am talking about a 2D one or one inspired by Ocarina and Majora’s Mask.)
There is that rumor of a new Zelda 3DS game that is said to be a 2D remake of a 2D Zelda game.
I remember that Greezo said something about “make a legend” a few months ago. Perhaps they are making a remake of a 2D Zelda.
Too bad itll probably be for 3ds
Since I have a 3DS, it is okay even if is a 3DS Zelda game.
Stereoscopic 3D makes more use of top-down & side-scrolling games with 3D graphics then the Switch monochromatic 2D. Besides, they’re making a 4DS which its Hardware they say they just finish making, so we still have one more generation of 2 systems until that patent Nintendo filed for detachable screens become a thing for the Switch/4DS/Wii U successor. All 8K HD TVs will be glasses-free 3D, so its safe to say that so will the Switch/4DS successor.
The sales this week are relatively low
