Bandai Namco is apparently considering whether or not to bring the Sword Art Online games to the Nintendo Switch. It is not something that has been confirmed, but it is something that team are thinking about, which is not surprising given the popularity of the system. The information was divulged by Sword Art Online series Producer Yosuke Futami and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Producer Keishi Minami during a recent livestream which was hosted by Bandai Namco.

This should be a great game for this to be on the switch.

How about we just get a real full immersion VR headset (without the killing capability) and a real online reality. I mean, the fact that it’s currently impossible aside, I’d buy it day one.
