Capcom Has Announced Their E3 2018 Lineup

Gaming companies have started to open up about their E3 game lineups for this year. The latest company to do so is Capcom. Of course, Mega Man will be getting a lot of attention at E3, but he will not be alone. One of the games is Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, which is a Nintendo Switch exclusive releasing on August 28th. Here’s Capcom‘s E3 game list:

Mega Man 11 (Available October 2) – Get your gloves on classic gameplay combined with the brand-new Double Gear System in the Blue Bomber’s new quest! Be one of the first to play through Block Man’s colorful and challenging stage in this brand new adventure crafted by a veteran development team at Capcom. Mega Man 11 slides on to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on October 2!

Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 + 2 (Available July 24) – The world of Mega Man X is at your fingertips with eight futuristic adventures featuring X, Zero, and Axl battling against Mavericks, high-tech robots gone bad. Check out all eight games ranging from 16-bit to 32-bit and beyond, and test your skills in the new X Challenge mode, pitting X against pairs of Mavericks! Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 are coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on July 24th.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (Available August 28) – Take the hunt on the go or cast it up to the big screen with Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, known as Monster Hunter XX in Japan, coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch on August 28. Continuing the celebration started by Monster Hunter Generations on Nintendo 3DS, we’re expanding the monster roster, the number of ways you can hunt, and cranking up the challenge with “G Rank” quests.

Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition (Available Now) – Cody, Metro City’s New Mayor, has openings in his schedule all three days for anyone wanting an appointment with him. Cody will be playable at E3, including all four of his other costumes: Battle, Story, Nostalgia, and Final Fight. Experience what the new mayor will bring to the legendary fighting game series – knives, pipes, and all. Cody will be available on June 26 on PlayStation 4 and PC!

  1. Let me guess. Is Capcom screwing the Mega Man X Legacy Collection for Switch the same way they screwed the regular Mega Man Legacy Collection (by making it only half physical, half digital)? Also, is Mega Man 11 going to be digital only in North America?

        1. Adapt or be left in the past. Darwinian natural selection at work! Lol I wonder how you will rewatch movies once physical media for them ends.

  2. And, of course, no sign of Resident Evil 2 Remake on this list. I’m disappointed because I was seriously hoping we’d finally get some news on that game after 3 years of waiting.

    1. We’re getting another Megaman game. What more could you ask for? Besides another Nintendo and Capcom crossover.

      1. If we’re listing things we’d like from Capcom, how about a new GnG game? It’s been what, 15 years since Maximo vs the Army of Zin? Or physical copies of Ace Attorney 5 and 6. Or official translations of the side games. Shoot, if we’re making wishlists, how about an enhanced Switch version of Forgotten Worlds? I’ll accept a digital version for that one.

  3. For anyone thinking this is all they have, I think these are just the games that will be playable at the show. Resident Evil 2 and other new games will probably be in trailers
