Famitsu: Mario Tennis Aces Scores 33/40

The latest Famitsu review scores are now in and it’s an interesting week for Nintendo fans. The upcoming Mario Tennis Aces for the Nintendo Switch was reviewed by the publication and was awarded 8/8/9/8 from the four reviewers, which gives it a grand total of 33/40. Here’s the full list of this week’s review scores from Famitsu:

  • The Coma: Recut (Switch) – 7/7/7/7 [28/40]
  • Gekido: Gintaro’s Revenge (Switch) – 6/6/7/6 [25/40]
  • Mario Tennis Aces (Switch) – 8/8/9/8 [33/40]
  • New Gundam Breaker (PS4) – 7/7/7/8 [29/40]
  • PixelJunk Monsters 2 (PS4, Switch) – 7/8/7/8 [30/40]

Of course it did, it’s a boring piece of shit, Nintendo hyping it as if it isn’t a boring tennis simulator with three or four total minutes of novel gameplay is utterly absurd to me; do they really think this is a relevant release that should satisfy the audience until december? Oh no, sorry, we’ve got plenty of ports from Wii U and last year PS4 downgrades!

    1. Sorry but you sound like a ridiculous, spoilt brat. Mario Tennis Aces was really fun to play in the demo and with the addition of the single player story mode and other modes it’s a game I’m really looking forward too. There is plenty of good stuff to play before Smash Bros comes along but if your gaming tastes are so narrow that you can’t find anything to play then that is your problem, no one else’s.

    2. So hyped for this game! Had hours and hours of fun with the demo. Reading that this is a “boring tennis simulator” absolutely cracks me up, as it could not be further from the truth. Why even come to this site if your gonna spew garbage like that?
