The New 2DS XL, known as the New 2DS LL in Japan, is still going strong. Nintendo has announced that they will be releasing brand new New 2DS XL models in Japan. The 3 new models are based on Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Mario Kart 7 and Minecraft. The New 2DS XL Animal Crossing: New Leaf Amiibo+ Pack releases on July 19th for 15,980 yen. The New 2DS XL Mario Kart 7 Pack also releases on July 19th for 15,980 yen. The Minecraft New 2DS XL Creeper Edition doesn’t release until August 2nd, and it will cost 16,980 yen.
The 3DS is officially a collector’s worst nightmare if it wasn’t already.

Haha, spot on!
They are trying too hard with the 3ds, I mean they have been milking it since 2011…
that’s the only way they can get hardware sales, because they’re all inflated WAY more than any other device- the insanely low attach rate proves it.
Boy, Japan sure loves its handhelds. So much that they just have to release more.
That minecraft one tho…weird too see but it’s one of the best looking 3ds ever
cool!
“The New 2DS XL, known as the New 2DS LL in Japan, is still going strong” so a 80% DECREASE year-on-year means it’s still “going strong”? If that’s true then the Wii U went strong in Japan its entire lifetime!
