SEGA Ages has been a treasure trove for retro gaming enthusiasts. Japanese publication Nintendo Dream has recently interviewed SEGA Ages lead producer and director Rieko Kodama and supervisor Yousuke Okunari. The interview has revealed that there are over fifteen SEGA Ages games in development and some of these have not previously been re-released on other platforms.
- New Sega Ages logo shown.
- 1 or 2 titles will be released per month after August.
- Games will have online play. (may be a mistranslation)
- From the initial 15 announced number, some of those games have never been re-released before.
- More than 15 titles are in development.
I assume 15+ lazy ass Sonic ports with bugs and rubbish performance.
Panzer Dragoon Saga would be nice…
Please let some of these 15+ games be 32X, Saturn, and Dreamcast titles that haven’t re-seen the light of day, and not just Genesis titles that any emulator/plug ‘n play console can play!
Considering the awful quality of those plug’n play genesis machines (go back and listen to the sound, horrendous), I wouldn’t mind those games emulated properly.
How about a fully translated Sega Ages: Phantasy Star Generations and Phantasy Star Generations 2 from the PS2 era released over here?
Just stop with this garbage and sell your company or fire the CEO, thank you from gamers around the world
What’s the problem with Sega Ages? I can think of no negatives. The Dreamcast games might get cheaper and more people get to play them.
Oh boy! I sure hope Tail’s Adventure comes out!
Emulator.
JET SET RADIO PLS
Afterburner!
If its not Sonic Adventure , Skies Of Arcadia, and jet Set Radio….i dont care.
Can one of them be Billy Hatcher please?
I know this is not a Sega game, but would love to have Grandia 2 (the dreamcast version) on my Nintendo Switch…
Lmao, ask and you shall receive!
Grandia 1 and 2 HD remaster announced for Switch!!
