Japanese video gamers will soon be able to purchase a special Nintendo Classic Mini Double Pack. The package comes with Famicom Classic Mini, Super Famicom Classic Mini, and also the Nintendo USB AC adapter bundled together in a pack. Images of the bundle haven’t yet been released yet, but it’s due to launch on 15th September.
These should have a USB c in, and hdmi out. ….and controllers that can wireless charge
The whole point is to have a classic feel with wired controllers.
They can do both. It’s not that hard to make USB cables for the wireless controllers to turn them INTO wired controllers.
Is this in Japan only?
It says Japan in the title…

We need this in every single continent
This doesn’t bode well for a potential N64 classic.
The fact that an N64 mini would require different hardware (an additional two controller ports as well as additional memory), doesn’t bode well for the N64 mini.
Neither does the somewhat slimmer pickings for games, especially with Rare now being owned by Microsoft.
I want one too (as well as a Gameboy Classic), but I won’t be holding my breath.
I didn’t even think of Gameboy Classic. Brilliant idea.
If they came to the NA market, and I had the money, I’d get it. And I already own one if each.
Here’s the pic sickr! It looks great as expected…

I don’t know what the point of this is. Anyone who already wanted these probably already bought both. It’s cool, but still feels a little pointless.
Don’t worry about the ambiguous future, just work hard for the sake of clarity
