SEGA has confirmed today that the original Valkyria Chronicles which appeared on the PlayStation 3 is coming to the Nintendo Switch on the 16th of October. That’s later than Valkyria Chronicles 4 which is coming on 15th September. Those who purchase the latter game will get a 25-percent discount if they wish to purchase the original. It is “not officially the remastered version released on other platforms.” It will retail for $19.99.

if it’s not the remaster then that means it won’t have Hard and Expert mode nor the DLC? And they are asking $20 for a game being sold for $8 on other systems and with more content too.

I played the Valkyria Chronicles 4 demo and it was so bad, mostly because I have no idea how to play. I couldn’t even tell what type of gameplay it was supposed to be.
It looks like a tactical RPG. I don’t play those often, so I was confused as well.
