    1. Thats not even bad. A switch with no games or anything is 300.
This youre getting a special edition switch, a 60 dollar game, and a special extra controller for 100 more.
People will be buying just the dock and joy cons for more than that a week after it’s out.

      1. Nonsense. “Special” controller? It’s a different colour, big whoop. You only get a download code for the game. That dock is disgusting looking.

  1. Looks really cool. I kind of wish I didn’t have a Switch but there’s no justification I can give myself to get another one.

  2. Ohh. That’s looks sweet. I’d buy it if I could. But I was thinking of how it’d work if I were to change Switch’s in the future. And I remembered that I’d have to start games over from scratch due to the save data issue-

Would’ve been perfect if I didn’t already have a Switch, agh.

    1. Now that you mention it, I gotta wonder if our save data transfers if we do a Switch-to-Switch system transfer. Wait. Didn’t they tie a system transfer to that fucking smartphone app..? Please say no! D:

      1. If you have two Nintendo Switch consoles, I do believe you actually can transfer the data.

It just means I can’t get rid of the one I have unless I got this on it’s own full price. Blarg.

        1. It’s Nintendo greed. They want us to pay full price for their shit so they try to find ways to undermine companies like GameStop that allow us to buy consoles and games for cheap if we trade in other things for in-store credit.

          1. Yeah, I hate it.

Personally, I think the idea of the Switch is great. Portability is really convenient for me and I’m content with my library.

Everything else though is totally inconvenient as usual, hah.

  3. Looks vile, particularly the dock. That’s vandalism. The Joy-Con colours look nice but that doesn’t change the fact that they’re trash. Nintendo cheaping out again with only a download code for the game. $400 is a rip-off. Seriously, WTF?

    1. Dude, you just don’t buy it then

I’ve been holding out for a Switch since launch and I plan to just keep holdin’, I’ll wait till the getting’s good

      1. I’m holding out until I feel the games I want for Switch are worth the money I would have to pay for them. Presumably, more games will come out that I want over time, which will make the Switch worth more to me. Also, as time goes by, the price of the Switch will probably come down somewhat, as may the prices of some of the games. This is the strategy I used for the 3DS and the WiiU, and it served me well then, so I expect it to do so again. Not a difficult concept to understand. If I desperately wanted a Switch right now, then I WOULD buy one. Clearly I don’t have that desperate need… so I’m holding out.

  4. I thought there would be two separate bundles with two separate designs: one where it’s all Eevee and one where it’s all Pikachu, so I got a little excited. But nope. Just Nintendo being cheap and only including one design for both bundles. And to make things worse, the game is digital only. Ugh..! Wouldn’t the game be lost if you did a system transfer?
