If you haven’t already been prompted, there is an update for your Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers that should happen automatically with the new firmware update. However, you might not know that there is also a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller firmware update. With the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller you need to have it plugged in via the USB C cable and it will update that controller too.

Right analogue stick is now yellow and has a “C” on it, maybe just a cosmetic update? I had left mine plugged into usb over night, so was quite surprised when I came to play today and saw the controller update.
Did the ZL and ZR switch from digital to analog?
heh, thats the gamecube controller, makes sense as the gamecube controller adapter pretty much is seen on the switch as a usb pro controller, so I guess they are anticipating lots of gamecube controller use.

Has anyone had any problems with the left Joy-Con’s control stick automatically moving down when not touching it at all? It’s been doing that with me for the past couple of weeks and it frustrates me. When I try to take a picture in Breath of the Wild, the left analog stick moves down on it’s own, forcing me to try and make it stay still, but nope.

Yes. I had to ultimately send it in to Nintendo (they wanted the Switch and both joycons) and get it repaired. Luckily it was still under warranty and they extended the warranty by another year for me.
Yeah! There are some on the website saying they have a fix for it, but if you got warranty on it, just send it in. If not, there are manuals online from people who say they’ve fixed it (the one where you take the rubber on the joystick off doesn’t fix it, and I’ll look like it have hemorrhage). But if you don’t have to know how and the tools, just get a new joy con. As far as I can tell, at least according to the Norwegian distributer, it’s a production fault..
Try calibrating the control stick. There’s an option to do that in the Switch menu by going to System Settings. Who knows, it may work if the problem is not a defect.
