Original post: Halloween is fast approaching and it looks as though Nintendo will be celebrating with a special event in the excellent Splatoon 2. The news was discovered by dataminer Ink Larry on Twitter and he has found a logo for Splatoon 2 Splatoween amongst other things. Nintendo will presumably announce the event fairly soon.

And? With a cheap price comes a cheap service and some people don’t want a cheap service, so 20 bucks isn’t a very good selling point for some people.
have you gotten the free week yet? If not, just wait till the week of the event and get it then. Just make sure to uncheck the auto-renew box in the eshop.
Yeah, I already did that for the last Splatfest. I really love the game, but I hate the Online service. It doesn’t have much value to me. But, I also hate missing out on this game. Eh.
use free trial
if you already did then make new Nintendo Account on Switch and use free trial on that one
Dawg, I know it’s a rip off. They give you the barest of necessities in online entertainment for a relatively cheap $20. Smh, like the man said, “you get what you pay for”. & I’m not about to argue to why you should.
I have a yearly subscription & it’s below average. Those 20 NES titles are cool & all but altogether it’s a decade behind of what SONY & espect M$ are doing online. To be honest it kinda reminds me of the DREAMCAST ONLINE SERVICE. LMAO
