In case you missed it, the Dragon Quest Monsters 20th anniversary “Coming-of-Age Ceremony” broadcast happened today and two Dragon Quest Monsters titles were announced. The first is for smartphones and the second is for video game consoles. The console game is a totally new Dragon Quest Monster experience, so it isn’t a remake or remaster, and it features both Erik and Mia from Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age.
But will it be localized? I hate that the last couple DQM games were never localized…

With Dragon Quest Builders 2 coming out soon, and DQXI hopefully coming out soon, I have hopes for a western release eventually.
And hopefully, Square Enix won’t be doing the translation for this game. They are too slow.
sigh smartphones again! and the other game is just an enhanced port of the second 3ds game that was never localized and more than likely wont be again.
