  1. I like this game, idk why so many people hate on it. I would never play it as a competitive fighter, but it’s campaign is brilliant in my opinion. I loved making my own guy in the Dragon Ball universe and seeing the interaction between the non-canon movie characters interact with the regular story. Good game overall. :)

    1. Story-wise its kinda a retread of Xenoverse 1 with only redoing the Z Saga with minor changes like adding Android 16 and such, I am for one wanting them to stop with the DLC and just get to Xeno 3 as the game is already like 3 years old at this point and besides the cutscenes or that UI story update all the new characters they been adding for the most part just reuse character models from the base game but charge 7.99 for them. SSGSS Gogeta here is literally the SSJ Gogeta from the base game with just 1 new move animation and blue hair.

      1. +Jac Thiebeau They actually said from the beginning that this game was going to be treated as a platform similar to Street Fighter V. What’s the point in making DBX3 when they can just keep adding to this 1? And before you ask “Can’t the same be said for the first game?”, the gameplay for the first DBX was actually quite bad so they revised it for this game. There’s only so much you can do with patches and rebuilding a game’s core mechanics is not 1 of them.

Well of course! The DLC packs for this game are dirt-cheap compared to Street Fighter V. The last pack that added Kefla and Baby only was £6.49.
Dragonball Xenoverse 2’s DLC comes to around £40-£50 while Street Fighter V’s is over £70 JUST for the characters!
You can’t expect DBX2’s DLC to match SFV’s DLC and for it to be cheaper, that’s not how business works.
