Nintendo confirmed a winter-themed Splatfest a week ago, but there’s another one coming sooner than you think. The official Nintendo Versus account has confirmed that a Smash Ultimate-themed Splatfest will be held in Splatoon 2 next week to celebrate the Inklings joining the game. Starting December 14th at 8pm, you will be able to choose between Team Heroes and Team Villains. The official tweet is down below.

Dark Pit’s not a villain. He started as one but very quickly became an anti-hero- he’s basically the Shadow to Pit’s Sonic. In fact Dark Pit can’t exist without Pit, so it makes no sense for him to actively be an enemy of the heroic angel. I would have argued the same for Wolf since he and Star Fox have fought on the same side before but if the series got retconned again since SF Zero I’d drop that defense, since Wolf definitely acts more villainous in there than he has in previous games.
Both wolf and fox are mercenary groups, wolf just works for who pays him the most while fox will look at the overall goal and if innocents are being harmed. That’s why some times they are on the same side and other times they aren’t =b
Best Splatfest ever
Yeah awesome to try once, but gonna play smash after one round. We had enough Splatoon for 2 years now, other good games are coming.
