Ryan Reynolds has uploaded a behind the scenes image of him as Detective Pikachu in the upcoming Pokemon Detective Pikachu Movie. The image was shared by the actor on Twitter which shows him wearing facial recognition technology to turn him into the adorable Pokemon detective. The movie will arrive in cinemas on the 10th of May.
I need to watch this movie!
Yo, the details in Pikachu’s iris are super unnecessary, but hell, I won’t complain, looks pretty cool!
I’m always mystified whenever they do a close up of Toothless’ eye in HtTYD. There’s something about it.
Interesting. 🤔
For better, or for worse, I want to see this movie. Sadly, it’ll have to wait til it’s on digital on Amazon Prime or Netflix. Or on cable/satellite TV. Avengers 4 takes priority!
Nahhh my Boi Pikachu will volt tackle that puny Thanos into the next League
Avengers comes out at the end of April, this comes out May 10th. You can see them both.
I try to limit my theater viewings to one a month if I go see a movie, so if my budget allows it, and the wife has a day off for both movies, I might go see both. That & have someone watch our son if she doesn’t want to take him as he won’t sit still much at the theater even if it’s a movie he might be interested in.

I wonder if it’s harder to act with motion capture dots on your face 🤔
Stop sending
I’m interested in more behind the scene material.
Looks like Venom!
O-ok..
I’m almost certain the cinema I work at will be getting this, meaning I get to see it for free. Not too sure I want to though.
