Great news for those of you who were fans of the Bravely Default series on the Nintendo 3DS platform as the developers have recently announced that a new game is in the works. The news was shared by the game’s official Twitter account in a new year’s message to fans. It is not clear whether it is a new game in the series or alternatively a new IP. Whatever it is, it is bound to be released for the Nintendo Switch this time round, rather than the Nintendo 3DS, so it will be exciting to see what they have in store.

I just hope the new game is more like Bravely Default than Bravely Second. Bravely Second was good, but it was trash compared to Bravely Default. Bring back the original writers and Revo! And stop pronouncing Edea’s name wrong!!! Mrgrgrrrr!

I want to see Bravely Default Final Mix & Bravely Second Final Mix on the Switch at some point in HD. A Final Mix of FFXV with all the content from movies, anime, etc added to the game’s menu would be nice, too; oh & with new content added to the main game. Maybe even integrate some of the episodes for XV into the main game, too. (Pipe dreams that will probably never come true, though, but one can still dream.)

Hopefully we will be able to use Tiz and Edea. However with the issue of the (SPOILER ALERT) Shadow Pope and the Eye of Fondair still unresolved and add to that someone found the (SPOILER) Sword of the Brave, it is possible that they put Yew Geneolgia instead of Tiz.
I don’t mind having Yew as I find him to be funny, but should made him more mature in character if they put him back in this sequel.

It is NOT for the Switch, it is for the 3DS according to Nintendo and their fanboys, because 3DS is supposed to coexist alongside Switch, remember?
