      1. Same here! Anyway, it’s amazing to see how Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been doing considering that it hasn’t been two months yet. Plus, it’s only the digital sales. All of the game’s competitive aspects plus the huge celebrity it has become, I wouldn’t be surprised if this game makes it to the hall of fame.

    1. And those people are all insane. I can’t imagine having to pull out my case, pull out the game I want, take it out of the smaller case, take the old game out of the console, put the new game in the console, put the old game back in the case, put the case back in the other case, put it back in my bag, put my bag away…

All that just because I played a round of Mariokart, and then wanted to play some smash bros. Oh but now I wanna go back to Mariokart. Well, better pull out the case again, pull out the game… etc etc etc If only I bought digital

Oh wait I did buy digital! And to the person saying he buys physical for storage reasons… that’s why I got my switch a 400gb sd card… I have all the best games on my switch, and I can pull up any silly fun multiplayer game with the touch of a button anywhere, even on the bus. PLay some tetris, switch to Doom, switch to Stardew Valley. All with a split second in between. With my massive digital libary on all my consoles and PC of literally thousands of games that I can download and play anytime I want, that carry forward on my xbox consoles, that take up no space in my tiny apartment, and most of them gotten for free or for mere dollars in massive game sales and giveaways, sales being much more dramatic on digital than in stores.

      1. For real. The fact that it is a portable system makes it all the more imperative. It would be such a massive pain to keep track of dozens of tiny cartridges. Since my console stays in its dock for the most part, the ability to hop between games is also insanely convenient – especially for parties, or when I have friends over.

  1. I assume this is just for Japan? Not enough context here in my opinion. Please include more details in the future. The source link is in Japanese.

  2. That’s pretty impressive, considering that the download size is bigger than the system memory! All Smash 5 does is impress me! :D
