Assassin’s Creed III Remastered For Nintendo Switch Listed On Ubisoft Website

It would appear that Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The game has been listed for Nintendo’s latest platform on the official Ubisoft Club website. Ubisoft has yet to make an announcement, but it sounds like one is imminent. Assassin’s Creed III was originally released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and the Wii U. The remastered version is for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and presumably the Switch.

  1. I want splinter cell (gamecube) and watch dogs (wii u) ported to nintendo switch as a digital download. I would pay 60 dollars each and I would buy the access granted dlc for watch dogs again because it had my favorite machine gun. I made it to the parts where i kill Maurice Vega and Kombayn Nikoladze. Please ubisoft let me play those games on nintendo switch.

    1. The Wii U Splinter Cell is pretty good too, wouldn’t mind that one either myself.
Btw I checked in on Watch Dogs yesterday, and online is still living.
Talking invasions, tailings, races, the works.

      1. Pretty much agree with you guys. Splinter Cell and Watch Dogs are awesome games I also want on Switch. However, I heard that Ubisoft didn’t make enough money with Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist. It came out too soon and performed poorly in the market. I have a feeling that they’d rather take a conservative approach. As for the case of Watch Dogs, I think the Switch needs an upgrade to run that game. And yeah! I’d like to take on Assassin’s Creed III on Switch.

    2. Splinter cell blacklist is my 3rd favorite splinter cell after double agent and the original. My 4th favorite is chaos theory. I’ve never played Pandora tomorrow or conviction.

  2. boring… i know why ac3 comes to switch… its a wii u port.
why not another one… like the newest odyssey… with mario ;-)

  3. This was my first Assassin’s Creed game. It made me fall in love with the series. But when it comes to the idea of playing it again, all I think about is those dreadful Desmond real-time parts, and I don’t think I could bare going through those again. No matter how much I loved the historical parts.

Ubisoft should make an Assassin’s Creed collection with only the historical parts for every game, and just throw out the whole stupid Abstergo/animus crap (and just rework some of the story parts). I think that most people would prefer it that way.
