Wall Street Journal technology reporter Takashi Mochizuki is reporting that there’s a new Pokemon smartphone game on the way. The title, which is co-developed by DeNA, will arrive on mobile devices by March 2020. More information will be available at a later date.
Are they going to lock another Mythical Pokemon (and Meltan/Melmetal) behind this mobile game too?

Don’t kid yourself. Pokémon sun and moon is the worst Pokémon get yet, and Pokémon let’s go was garbage too. I’m only getting sword or shield to help my brother catch em all.
As long as they don’t lock swoshi content behind it.
I’m all for interdevice connectivity features, but I think it should be kept to Nintendo devices and licensed devices, at least when noteworthy unlockable content is involved.
