Is Sword and Shield still that sought after after what they showed us?
Canceled mine after no National Dex. It’s not like if they fix the game it’ll be hard to find later.
Also, everything they’ve showed so far seems all so lazy. Have you seen how wingull moves in the wild. Or scorbunny attacking but not even doing its own animation? Or even the OOT quality models?
Careful, cronotose. Someone in another article called people wanting a National Dex manchildren if they canceled their preorder over that.
@Ridley
I’m 31, married, with three kids. It is really outstandingly difficult for an internet rando shilling for Pokemon to make me feel immature. In fact, it is precisely that level of responsibility that makes it easy to cancel a preorder. I have a lot to do, little free time, and a giant stack of rare and valuable 8-32 bit games to play on a professional CRT monitor. I don’t *need* full priced new games at all. Being a hardcore gamer doesn’t mean buying everything a company puts out, just the opposite. It means having taste and standards and being comfortable to play something truly excellent rather than being distracted by something that’s merely new.
Of course, you obviously know these things. As posters go, you’re one of the sensible ones.
Last time I checked it fell from the top 5 all the way down to 57… at least on Amazon.
I feel like the consumers willing to put up with gamestop stuff and the sword and shield stuff are gonna overlap a lot
Nobody wants Astral Chain and Hollow Knight: Silksong
You are not alone! I’m actually getting pretty hyped for Astral Chain and Daemon X Machina, as well as Link’s Awakening.
Those are probably the 2 most anticipated games for me right under Links Awakening. I really want to like Daemon X Machina just need to see more of it but kudos for the improvements and the Director/Developer dude seems like a good guy I’d want to support.
My 2 most sought after from E3 2019 are Final Fantasy VII Remake & Cyberpunk 2077. Least from that list up there, anyway.
Okay, make it 3 as I forgot Death Stranding.
Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy and Links Awakening
No Death Stranding? By far my most “sough-after” game as of now; I thought a lot of other people were hyped as well. Guess not.
Fuck! I totally forgot about Death Stranding! *adds it to most sought after games at E3 2019, bumping the number to 3*
Call of Duty always ranking so highly never fails to be depressing.
My #1 right now is Astral Chain. With Fire Emblem close behind it. Also very hyped for Borderlands 3 and Luigi’s Mansion 3.
The second half of this year is gonna be really great.
Funny, I cancelled my preorder for both Sword and Shield since my money doesn’t seem to be in the Galar Pokedex
SwSh still at a respectable #2.
