    1. It astounds me that some people have a personal grudge against a brand new game that hasn’t had any controversial press. If they’re not interested in Astral Chain, then why bother saying anything at all?

      1. There is a very small group of people that don’t like the fact you play as the police because of a few instances in the US over the last year or so where cops killed an innocent person, so now all cops are bad and any game letting you play as them means you support police brutality & the militarization of the police force.

  1. I’ll take this with a grain of salt, as Famitsu is known to be extremely lenient with its scoring system (anyone else remember them giving Kid Icarus Uprising a perfect 40/40?), but it’s good to know other reviews will likely be positive as well. I know I’m still interested in AC no matter what.

    1. But IGN gave Kid Icarus Uprising 9.5/10 as well…
I think Famitsu is quite respectable. So far, most of the games they’ve given good reviews haven’t let me down.

I’m just curious to see how the different elements of Astral Chain work together.

    2. Why do people continuously bring up Kid Icarus Uprising as some sort of indication that Famitsu can’t be trusted? It’s one of the rare games out there that actually deserves its high rankings.
