In a recent interview with Game Reactor, Microsoft’s head of gaming services, Ben Decker, has reiterated that the company wants Xbox Game Pass to be on every platform. Here’s what Mr. Decker told the site:

“You know, we would like to see Game Pass on all platforms ultimately and I think that is a long term goal. We don’t have any specific plans today, but we would love to see Game Pass really go everywhere.”

      1. It has a selection of games to download which rotates. It’s styled like Netflix but you download the games to your system rather than stream them. I know because I have the Ultimate package 😎 I just used a simple analogy.

  1. Does this include Switch? Will it be the games available on XBox One, PC, or both? If the answer is yes & XBox games, I guess there is still a chance of having access to Rare Replay on Switch since Rare Replay was added to Xbox Game Pass recently after all. I’d much rather buy the game outright, though.

    1. They just say thes “would” like it o be everywhere and yes, it includes Switch. It’s a service that lives through a large customerbase so of course they can’t just keep it on XBox. Eventually they are testing the waters with Cuphead and Ori in terms of developing for a different system. In the end it might really become reality because why shouldn’t it? For Nintendo it would make the Switch even more attractive and for Microsoft it would extremely enlarge the audience. And I don’t really see the danger of people maybe wandering off to XBox through this.

I just need Banjo Kazooie and Tooie

  3. There are only two games I want Banjo-Kazooie and Pikmin 4.

But video game developers obviously dont want to make money. Banjo alone can give Rare, Microsoft and Nintendo Millions. But video game developers are stupid so…..they rather not make money than make money. Myiomoto is stupid too for not want to make more money bringing Pikmin 4.
