Nazih Fares from Blizzard has confirmed today that the reliable team at Iron Galaxy have been helping out with Overwatch on the Nintendo Switch system. Mr. Fares says that Activision Blizzard has worked very closely with Iron Galaxy on the online title and that they’ve continued to be an exemplary partner. Overwatch is coming to the Switch on 15th October.
Just from the trailer footage, it looks like a fantastic port. I’ll be picking it up. Still the best multiplayer fps imo. It’ll be fun playing with a fresh new community.

You know, it will fit right in on Nintendo Switch version. I will be playing that game and I will enjoy it. I hope they added cross-play soon after launch. I got a question. Is the switch version of the game gets a physical release?.

Yeah there is a physical version you can purchase but it just includes a download code.. it does come with 3 months Switch Online though. Same as digital.
