The video games industry is changing and one of the best changes is Microsoft bringing some of its titles to the Nintendo Switch system. Games like Cuphead and Ori and the Blind Forest have been warmly welcomed by Switch owners and it seems Xbox Games Studios is more than content with this approach. Eurogamer’s Tom Phillips has stated that the team is eager to explore the Switch and see what they can bring to it.
I’d also love to see Daemon x Machina and Astral Chain on Xbox so I can play it in higher resolution
My Xbox One X is ready for those two
And while we’re at it – I’d love to see the new Ori on the Switch
It’s a Give and Take here Microsoft and nintendo
Make it happen.
I don’t see no other reasons than low sales of the first one on Switch that would prevent that from happening.
They previously stated that the second game is XBOX (don’t know about PC) only unfortunately…
Also i think that the first one sold really well on the Switch, didn’t it?
I believe we’ll get the second game. No worries.
“Microsoft is eager to explore Switch” – who said they were looking for Nintendo’s exclusives? and who said Nintendo would give them their exclusives? lol
I only stated that I want to see Daemon a Machina and Astral Chain on Xbox since I want to play them on higher resolution.
Why do you sound so butthurt? lol.
Well I’m still hoping some of there titles wil be coming to Nintendo Switch since the system has a lot of full third party support. Besides Nintendo 3DS will be discontinued this year because it’s still hanging in there after a few remakes got released.
Anyway, I’m still hoping for Jump Force and a few other titles could come to Nintendo Switch perhaps. :/
I wonder how many people are asking for Rare Replay on Switch.
Looking online it seems a lot! :D
I hope so. The chances of Rare Replay getting ported to Switch are a lot higher if there is huge demand for it.
They should port it and in exchange Nintendo should allow them to update the collection with the DK games.
Imagine seeing DK in your Xbox :o
Pretty much everybody.
At this point Xbox has been hammered for 3 generations straight. Only thing they can think about it putting their software on other consoles. The Nintendo and Sony PlayStation brands are mega giants, this is when you see why talent always wins.
F=MA.
Why has my avatar changed? Gaming is Nintendo as always :).
F=MA.
Hot damn is Microsoft working like crazy to spin their future choice to go third party into a sign of success.
As much as I’m a Nintendo fanboy, I do have respect for Microsoft for how it’s been sharing, cross system multiplayer, etc.
Unfortunately, Sony is still having problems playing nice. Which is unfortunate seeing as how it’s Nintendo’s fault that the PlayStation even exists.
Here’s hoping for:
Rare Replay (with the Donkey Kong Country series added)
Classic Halo
Ori 2
And many more.
And I wouldn’t mind sharing some Nintendo games with Microsoft. So long as the game does not have one of Nintendo’s pillar characters.
Why dont they recaptured all the people who made Banjo-kazooie and make Threeie? If I was a video game devloper I know how to make money instead of theories that last for years and never happen. Banjo-kazooie been on Smash bro nesrlyb6 months and Microsoft still hasn’t thought of Rare reply? That’s stupid.
I just cant believe they never thought of actually making any of this happen yet. I wish I could get paid millions loafing around and making up theories and possibilities yet never putting those ideas into reality even after how hyped people were for B-K on Smash bros and still no work in process of Banjo-kazooie available on Switch or no Threeie. That’s stupid.
And what Rare and Microsft should be doing is finding those old Rare Devlopers and make something for Xvox series X. It would be a great leap over the Ps5 sales. But devloeprs are stupid so…..
If Nintendo sees that Luigi ‘s Mansion 1, 2 and 3 are top ten whynhavent they started LM4? Wouldnt that also cause Luigi’s Mansion 1,2 and 3 to stay in top sales longer and earn more revenue? But developers are stupid so…..
Banjo-Kazooie original games coming to Switch.
