Hot on the heels of the Valentine’s Day event, the Vancouver Tour is now underway in Mario Kart Tour. Two new characters have also entered the fray; say hello to Aurora Rosalina and Hiker Wario. They need to have the characters able to wear different outfits in a console game. I swear, Rosalina looks like an idol here and it’s amazing! Just sucks it’ll never leave a shit mobile title.
Nintendo’s skipping out on some amazing possibilities with stuff like this. They want to really rake in the money, I think they need someone without a greedy brain like Shuntaro running the company. He just shuns the company’s current problems.
Sometimes I think those skins should be in Smash
As long as they make Wario’s boots have pointy toes… oR at least just bigger. He’s reminding me of Fire Emblem Awakening.
Honestly, Nintendo would really rake it in if they started selling new skins for characters… And I don’t mean just pallette swapping and painting Link’s face but more like Mario’s tuxedo or Crafted Yoshi.
Tjat’s why I wrote that statement. I don’t think Nintendo is gonna sell individual skins in Smash but I’m a bit mad that I can’t play as Builder Luigi when the skin is in the game but can’t be selected.

That outfit of Rosalina’s is a-maze-za-zing! Why Nintendo hasn’t thought of alternate outfit DLC for games like Smash is a question that may never be answered. I’d totally pay 10 bucks for a pack of alternate outfits for characters in Smash & Mario Kart.
