Update: The May 7 date being so late is likely so it’s after golden week as it’s Shōwa Day on April 29 and public holidays on May 4-6 with many workplaces spending the week off wednesday-wednesday – Japanese Nintendo.
Nintendo confirmed yesterday that the company will be announcing their recent fiscal year earnings on Thursday, 7th May. The Kyoto-based company has scheduled this date as it is after the state of emergency is lifted in Japan.
