Immortals Fenyx Rising launches on Nintendo Switch 3rd December

Ubisoft has confirmed that Gods and Monsters is no more and it is now titled Immortals Fenyx Rising. The game will launch on Nintendo Switch on 3rd December. The company also showcased the game, based on Greek mythology, in action and it does look rather good. In Immortals Fenyx Rising you play as Fenyx who is a new winged demigod on a quest to save the Greek gods. You can customise her as you see fit and pick up new gear on your journey. Check out the trailer below.

If Breath of the Wild and Kid Icarus had a baby.

        Why? I don’t think it’s bad.

    1. Ah yeas, I had forgotten that Kid Icarus was the first in all of history to come up with the concept of a character with wings, not whatever it was based on, so obviously anything else that has such a thing is copying it. Thank you for reminding me.

  2. Would it even be possible to make the main character much more generic than this? She looks like she would fit right in in any video game that has zero art direction. I guess they could make her black and add dreads on her, that might make her more generic, oh wait, they already have a character like that in that garbage roller game. What happened to originality?

    1. That’s kind of the Ubisoft thing nowadays ain’t it. Aside from Rayman the art direction in everything they do feels very corporate with little thought put into it…
That and cringe ass music in their trailers that never fit with the gameplay they’re showing.

  3. I agree on how bland this looks. The main character has no personality from what I’ve seen. The gameplay looks a bit interesting so I’ll just wait for the reviews.
