As September draws to a close, Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Nintendo Switch sees a whole host of bugs and fish leaving to make way for new critters next month. If you’re in the northern hemisphere, there’s quite a lot on their way out so be sure to check out the list below, thanks to Polygon, of what’s leaving by the end of the month. The handy chart also shows when’s the best time to catch the bug or fish so be quick if you’re looking to complete your collections for Blathers.

ANIMAL CROSSING: NEW HORIZONS CRITTERS LEAVING AFTER SEPTEMBER (SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE)
I caught all the bugs for spring and summer, fish on the other hand, “it’s at least a C+!” Bait doesn’t help me too much I only caught like 2 new fish this month and they were just sharks.
Crap! I never caught a Nibble Fish or a Piranha. And that’s because they appear during the hours I’m not playing. That’s what I hate about this game. Even when there’s special events, I miss out on them unless I take extra time out of my day and play the game when I don’t normally feel like playing. I don’t even start playing until some time after 10 P,M., or around 5 or 6 A.M.
Even to shop at the Able Sisters, I always turn the game on, initiate the door-opening sequence at the Able Sisters, then quickly put it back into sleep mode. That way, when I start playing later at night (or early in the morning), I can still do my shopping there after hours. In past Animal Crossing games, I just changed the inner clock of the console so I could play all special events and shop at stores any time I wanted. I miss that.

You can still do that though?
You can still change your clock in system settings. i dont time travel, but plenty of people do.
