  1. Team super mushroom for the win, its a better powerup than the star and star is only superior in mario kart, sadly I sold my splatoon 2 copy a year ago, hope everyone had fun with this splatfest.

  2. I really enjoy Splatfests, love the shifty stations, and playing against loads of ‘organised’ opponents. Had at least one ass-whuppin! Was great fun.
I must’ve had six battles before battling against Team Mushroom.
My Clout was probably the lowest I’ve had!
Hope there will be more Splatfests.

  3. I keep hearing people say that Splatoon 3 is coming soon to the Switch. But Nintendo, even with everything they’ve done, would at least be smart enough to not release another game till the next system. It is time for more DLC or even a spin-off. Splatoon is one of my favorite Nintendo series. I would like to just quickly share my ideas with you guys. Let me know your thoughts.

Grizzco Mission Expansion: An expansion pack that gives the player a selection of story missions giving details on Salmonoid life and Grizzco’s backstory. The first couple of missions task you and your team with exploring an island that Grizzco found. He equips you with some useful tools, like some new Grizzco weapons and a yellow hazmat suit, as the island is full of swamps and the air is extremely humid, enough to splat an inkling after enough exposure. He also gives you an ink container storage device, although its design is very similar to the containers in the normal Salmon Run stages. The container comes equipped with some Grizzco gadgets only available at certain times and a detailed 3D map of the island. Detailed terrain only becomes visible on the map when the player has reached that place. When you start the mission, it will let you move around on the Grizzco boat while it takes you to the island. During that time, you can equip your choice of weapon, which includes the new Grizzco Dualies, and you will also be equipped with a yellow hazmat suit, as the island is full of swamps and the air is extremely humid, enough to splat an inkling after enough exposure. You also get an ink container storage device, although its design is very similar to the containers in the normal Salmon Run stages. The container comes equipped with some Grizzco gadgets only available at certain times and a detailed 3D map of the island. Detailed terrain only becomes visible on the map when the player has reached that place. The boat will land you on the shore and Grizzco, from his speakers, will brief you on the mission details. You need to get to a certain location on the map by making your way through the jungle. The boat leaves and you begin your trek. The exploration is pretty linear, but the rest of your NPC team will drop occasional comments about the island. Multiple sub-missions will be given to you while exploring the jungle, such as setting up Grizzco survey equipment while being attacked by salmonoids. The gameplay for that mission is very similar to splat zones gameplay. Control the area while the survey equipment gets set up. Other sub-missions will include collecting power eggs to boot up some old machinery in the jungle, allowing you to access a new area and continue the main mission, getting to that marked location on your map. Another mission may be having to cross a certain area, like a valley, swamp, or rainy area and certain conditions will be put in place during the trek across that area, like valleys being a much darker area and more condensed jungle, so less space to move and fight. One more sub-mission could be having to infiltrate a Salmonoid base, actually being able to go inside and get rid of the enemy. Finally, after a couple of hours of fighting and trekking, you will come to a cliff overlooking an abandoned Inkling city. Grizzco tells you to press R to deploy your Ziplines, which are just splash walls with zip lines on them. You then zipline into a building in the city and make your way down to the ground. You then have to complete another set of submission, but this time you have to make your way to them by exploring the city and its buildings. The missions will include field surveys, retrieving a piece f tech while battling Salmonoids, surviving some Salmonoid onslaughts, and setting up traps for Grizzco. Finally, after completing those missions, Grizzco will tell you that he has honed in on a location brimming with Salmonoids. He says that you will begin your trek at nightfall. Grizzco tells you to take out your glowfly lights, glowsticks with glowflies in them, and you make your way to the base while stealthily sneaking around and taking out the Salmonoid guards. Finally, you infiltrate the base, destroy the enemies, take on the final boss, which is a smallfry in a mech and finish the first main mission. The
other mission lets you play as a Salmonoid on the island, with hack and slash combat mechanics. Your main mission is to investigate a lost ship in the jungle. In this part, you play as a smallfry, crossing the jungle and solving puzzles while being the size of a baseball. When you reach the ship, you explore the inside and set up a signal device. Then, you hear Grizzco talking over the radio and he says he’s sending the inklings to attack. You rush back to the base and warn the others. You then get to play a normal salmonoid and fight the inklings. That’s the first idea. I always wonder how Splatoon would like with a cover-based twist. Finally, Splatoon Agents is a small idea of a full-on Story mode game that tasks you with shutting down an enemy military project. The Grizzco expansion is what I’ve developed the most. Tell me your thoughts pls.
