Koei Tecmo reports that shipments of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity are over 3.5 million since end of December

Development studio Koei Tecmo have released their FY3/21 Q3 Earnings Release and have shared more information regarding the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild musou prequel, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. The company says that the musou game has now shipped over 3.5 million units since the end of December. They note that this is the single highest number of units shipped for a Musou game ever. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is available right now on the Nintendo Switch digitally and physically.

In the Ω-Force brand, “Zelda Warriors: Yakusai no Revelation” (for Nintendo Switch), which inherits the world view of “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” by Nintendo Co. By the end of December, the total number of units shipped exceeded 3.5 million, the highest number for a single title in the “Musou” series.
