Nintendo of America has confirmed that the Mario Tennis Aces North American Open Tournament kicks off today at 10am PT. You will need to register to take part in the event, but once registered you can play away until your heart’s content. Players who place in the top sixteen will be rewarded with My Nintendo Gold Points. Here’s how many Gold Points you can get once the tournament concludes:
- 1st: 4,000 points
- 2nd – 4th: 3,000 points
- 5th – 8th: 2,500 points
- 9th – 16th: 1,000 points
