Crash Bandicoot account teases that a new announcement is imminent

The Crash Bandicoot series is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary and it wouldn’t be a special anniversary without a special announcement. The Crash Bandicoot Twitter account has teased that some form of an announcement for the long-running franchise is imminent. Sony is hosting a PlayStation Showcase presentation tomorrow at 1pm PT / 9pm UK time, so the announcement is likely to be tied into that. Various gaming influencers have also started to receive Crash Bandicoot merchandise which generally comes about when a new game is due to be announced. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fulled and Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s about Time are all available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

  1. Another day that CTR:NF remains unported to PC is another day the world is denied the definitive edition of one of the best kart racers ever. Just saying, Activision! I’m sure Iron Galaxy would be happy to assist…

    1. Oh shut it. We don’t need every game on PC. Why are you even on My Nintendo News if all you want is PC games? Do you want Nintendo games on PC too? Buy a console!

      1. Hi Michael. Did you know, it’s possible to own more than one platform for gaming? Did you also know that there are large discrepancies between these platforms, and that people are allowed to have preferences? Just asking ;)

You know normally I would back you on this but here’s the problem; This is a NINTENDO news site. Would you go to a Playstation focused website and complain about how your favourite franchise hasn’t yet come to Nintendo Switch? No of course not, you’d take it here or you’d tweet/email the company that develops said game, not bring it to a website revolving around Nintendo.
Personal preference is fine but it needs to be directed to the right place.
