Nintendo announces Switch (OLED) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle and standard bundle

Nintendo invites you to skip the holiday rush and get an early jump on your gift-giving with two bundles available this fall. Celebrate the holidays and zoom into the world of Mario and friends with the Nintendo Switch: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle — and for the very first time in the U.S., the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model: Mario Kart8 Deluxe Bundle.

    1. So, apparently, the bundle rumors were true (with the exception of the leaker saying they would release on 19th september; Nintendo announced they are releasing on october). I wonder if the Switch reveal rumor this month will also end up being true.

    2. I don’t think it matters what they add to the bundle. I’m sure if you have a switch, you’re not going to run and pick up another one because it was bundled with Pikmin.

  1. Cool. The Gen Alphas and Mellinials on this website can put their iPads down and have a safe space to play Mario Kart. God Bless these kids.

  2. Looks like my gut feeling that this bundle was the September thing was right. I just don’t see them announcing Switch 2 till February. Many still think it could happen in October, so I guess we’ll see.

  3. I assume that these bundles were made to relieve the rest of the stock they have for the OLED systems. Probably in preparation for the next system, so hopefully that means it’ll release next year

    1. With the Switch hitting its eighth year in March, I can’t imagine a world where Nintendo won’t release it beyond 2025.
