The latest Sword Art Online game will be releasing on October 4 for Nintendo Switch and other platforms and Bandai Namco has provided a new six-minute long “System” trailer ahead of the launch to provide players with some info on how the game plays in both solo and online play.

The trailer, which can be seen below, also shows off the various locales and characters that will feature in the game. Fans of the hit anime and web / light novel series might spot the likes of Sword Art Online Alternative’s LLENN and Sword Art Online Alicization’s Administrator amidst the cast, along with areas from throughout the series’ history- from the lush forests of Alfheim to GGO’s urban hellscapes.

Love SAO, but I’m not overly fond of Fractured Daydream being 20 players considering the majority of SAO games the online portion isn’t very active. Why would the dev’s make this 20 players when past games finding only a few players takes forever or you get connection errors every few minutes Like on SAO Fatal Bullet.
I know Fractured daydream has crossplay support so finding players might not be as difficult but I’m not sure if you can play with bots online or only actual players.
