Nintendo has provided updated sales figures for its range of first party video games on the Nintendo Switch since the system launched in March 2017. There’s no getting away from the fact that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has proved to be a work horse, shifting an impressive 68.86 million copies. The closest game sales-wise to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the beloved Animal Crossing: New Horizons selling 48.19 million copies.
