An all out war was fought this weekend in the battlegrounds of Splatoon 3 as it was the Frosty Fest 2026. Of course there can only be one winner in the event and that went to Team Solo. The theme of this particular event was who do you spend the holidays with? and you had the option of choosing Team Friends, Team Family or Team Solo and it was Team Solo who took the win. Well done to all who participated.
Aw man! I had a nightmare! No matter how well I played, my team ended up losing. My win rate at the end was roughly 50%, but it didn’t feel like it.
Nearly bounced my controller off the telly a few times.
Didn’t help that I was on team Family, who won bupkis!
I’ll take my sea snail shells and chalk it up to experience.
Soon I’ll forget and get excited again when (if) the next Splatfest is announced!
