Capcom has announced amiibo of Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy to coincide with the release of Resident Evil: Requiem. While they won’t be available day-and-date with the game, which launches for Switch 2 on 27th February 2026 alongside a special edition Pro Controller, the amiibo will be released this summer. As for what the amiibo do, scanning them will provide you with in-game weapon skins. Check out the latest trailer for Requiem shown in today’s Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase.

Switch 2 version looks rough
The amiibo look as bad as the Switch 2 models the game looked like a rough version of RE4 HD.
