CD Projekt Red reveals Switch 2 was 3rd most popular platform for Cyberpunk 2077 last year

CD Projekt Red’s latest financial report has revealed that the Nintendo Switch 2 made up ten percent of Cyberpunk 2077’s sales in 2025, whereas Xbox only accounted for nine percent. However, both platforms were blown away by both PC and PlayStation. 51 percent of Cyberpunk 2077 sales were on PC in 2025 and 29 percent were on PlayStation. CD Projekt Red also revealed a breakdown of sales of The Witcher 3 with 8 percent of sales on Xbox, 11 percent on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation at 38 percent, and PC at 43 percent.

  1. well, taking into the account the install base of the Switch 2, is impressive. i hope this gave them enough proof to keep supporting the platform.

  2. I would also bet that in terms of revenue, the Switch 2 is a much chunkier percentage because the game did not go on such deep sales on Switch 2 vs the other platforms.
